Meet Susan
When the business outgrew her garage it was moved to Bloomington’s Eastside. Her son named the business because it was originally a house studio. Susan has been teaching pottery to adults and children for over 25 years. She enjoys sharing her enthusiasm for working in clay and exploring different surface decorations. She trained in Faenza, Italy and her work is inspired by traditional Italian Maiolica. For many years she sold her work in galleries, art fairs and to private collectors and gave workshops around the U.S. and abroad. She finds it very rewarding to see people thrive and have fun playing with clay. The possibilities are endless!
